About Your
Healing Journey

All services are offered as part of a Healing Journey Package meaning that you will work with Brynna for a period of time in a creative and sacred space to help facilitate deep healing and life transformation on all levels of your being.

 

Your healing journey is specific and personal to you, your experiences, traumas, and unique gifts and abilities. This is a safe space to explore and learn how to healthily process your feelings and emotions, open & expand your heart into deeper love and acceptance for yourself and others, and gain new perspective in how you see the world and yourself. We work with you to help release fear, guilt, shame, and grief through casting light on the shadow parts of the self and learning to embrace and integrate all of who you are so that you can regain your personal power, trust yourself and walk in your truth.
