Cancellation Policy
Late cancellation: Please give 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancelation is subject to a late fee of 100% of the service fee or forfeit of prepaid service. If you are sick, please call us and in the morning prior to 9am and leave a message to avoid the late cancellation fee. In the event of an emergency, please call us and we will retain the right to waive the cancellation fee when we see fit.
